Abbey Surgery  - Over the last 9 years the company has carried out three phases of internal alterations to Abbey Surgery in Tavistock.  All phases of work included structural alterations purpose made joinery, new carpets, heating alterations and electrical adaptations.  All phases had to be carried out to strict hand over dates with minimal disruptions to the working of the surgery.  This continues the company track record in working in sensitive buildings and completing work to agreed timescales.
John Kittow Sports Centre with YMCA, Honicknowle, Plymouth. An extensive extension to the sports centre including changing rooms, office space, sports hall, chapel and reception area.
Royal Mail Sorting Office, Pixon Lane, Tavistock, built on a green field site and including access road serving adjacent industrial units and all infrastructure.
BP (UK) Ltd. Distribution centre, Launceston, Cornwall. Main contractor and principal contractor role.
6th form centre at Kelly College, Tavistock, including dormitories and refurbishment of House Master’s house.
Rural Industrial Units, Pennygillam, Launceston, Cornwall. This project is one of many projects for English Estates. Other locations include: - Morton Hampstead Camelford North Petherwin Tavistock Gunnislake Two developments at Pensilva

These are some examples of works that E L Greening & Sons (Tavistock) Ltd. have carried out. ELG have also negotiated substantial alterations to the West Devon Borough Council offices, built an extension to the Mercedes Benz showroom at Plymouth, new build and refurbishment to laboratories at the University of Plymouth. Work has also been undertaken for the Health Authority.
