Martyn Greening
Managing Director

Martyn has worked in the industry since 1979 initially as a bricklayer / mason. In 1984 Martyn moved to project management and since then has had experience in managing an array of different projects. He specialises in new build and housing developments.

Martyn has undertaken CITB training courses in Site & Construction Management and regularly attends courses keeping up with current health and safety legislation. Martyn also has taught bricklaying at Plymouth College of Further Education.

Alan Greening
Director and Company Secretary

Alan Greening has worked in the construction industry since 1983. He completed his apprenticeship with the company as a carpenter & joiner, and worked in this capacity for 10 years before moving on to site management.

He is now mainly responsible for the company's work on listed buildings and refurbishment of older buildings. He has completed a Construction Management course with the C.I.T.B. and regularly attends Health & Safety course updates.

Alan’s view on the position of the company within the industry is: -

“As a company we must maintain a professional and approachable service to our clients, which has always lead to large amounts of repeat business and work done by recommendations. This together with the fact that we are a local company which employs local craftsmen and takes the time to train apprentices, we feel, gives us an advantage in the market place.”
