Martyn Greening
Managing Director

Martyn Greening has had 24 years experience in the industry, initially as a bricklayer/mason. Martyn has undertaken CITB training course in Site & Construction Management and has taught bricklaying at Plymouth College of Further Education. He has been involved with site management for some 20 years and is the company’s Projects & Contracts Manager and deals with new developments.

Martyn’s philosophy for the industry is: -

“…that construction can be carried out in a professional manner and our aim should be to provide a quality service and product. Development can be carried out with integrity and in keeping with our immediate surroundings and community.”
 

Alan Greening
Director and Company Secretary


Alan Greening has been working in the construction industry for 19 years. Alan completed an apprenticeship with the company as a carpenter and joiner and worked in this capacity for many years. He is responsible primarily for the company’s works on listed buildings including conversions, repairs and maintenance. Alan completed a Site & Construction Management course with the CITB.

Alan’s view on the position of the company within the industry is: -

“As a company we aim to provide a professional yet friendly service to all our clients. It is important to help the client in their decision making and in achieving their expectations. We are a local company employing local craftsmen and it is important to maintain our good reputation in the local community.”
